Sweney Cycle Park has hosted some of the largest AMA sanctioned events in the Rocky Mountain Region over the past thirteen years. Our races are exceptional from track prep to event organization and everything in between. We sincerely believe that our continued hard work, commitment and dedication to not only our track but the sport of Motocross have brought us our continued success. We are the only track in our district that has been voted “Track of the Year” for six years by the riders. Those years were 2010, 2008, 2007, 2005, 2001 and 2000. All other tracks have received this recognition just once or twice. We are also excited to have been awarded the honor of hosting a 2011 AMA Pro-Am race. This will be the only Pro Am race in the state of Colorado as well as much of the surrounding region and we are very honored to have been selected by the AMA to host this event.
Matt has been involved in Motocross since the eighties. Riding, racing and track building are his true passion in life. This passion is definitely a key to the excellent reputation and success that Sweney Cycle Park has.
